Does it say “are you sure you want to do this?” If so that means you have a file size limit on uploading files. You can upload it via FTP. http://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/are-you-sure-you-want-to-do-this/

What version did you update from? If you updated from 3.3.1 or earlier to v3.4 or higher you need to remove the old Avada folder and upload the new one. WooCommerce had dozens of changes to the plugin and we setup our integration differently , its much better now.
Either way its looking normal to me but maybe I’m missing it! Please signup and post a new topic on our support forum with the details so we can check this out for you and provide a fix if needed.

I believe I did have 3.3.1 before. I will try a clean install of Avada later. If that doesn’t work, I will create a thread on the forum with a screenshot of what I am seeing.

Yes if you just remove the old Avada folder via FTP (delete it) then upload the new one it should take care of that for you. If not, please post on the forum and we’ll get it all squared away for you

Thanks for the comments! Hmmm ,we’ve not tried that, but no I do not think it will work, but you can go ahead and try it. That field is for banner HTML code. But some even better news is that we have some pretty amazing things planned for our big v4.0 update dealing with the header. I can’t ruin any surprises but it will be coming in ht next few months.

I am trying to increase the width on the wide MAX-WIDTH from 940 wide to 1200 wide. I was adding the coed on custom css:
.avada-row{max-width:1200px}
But it is not working.

This can be done but it is a customization. There have been several users who did this and some information is on our forum so you should check that out there, use the search field.
In our next major version, v4.0 there will be wider settings and you will be able to choose the width.

Hello, I try to upload the theme on WP it won’t upload and i try with filezilla but it mess up the website. I have to call my host tech to help me bring back the site, it is now under a default theme. My whole design is gone. Is there something wrong with the theme 3.4.1? cause it won’t upload on WP and mess my site when i use filezilla.
i reinstall the 3.3.1 version so the website can work normal. When I upgraded to the new version 3.4.1 it says that the avada is missing a stylesheet and template. I download a fresh but it’s the same problem.

v3.4.1 or any other version will install fine. something must not of uploaded properly on your end.
If it says Avada is missing a stylesheet, then it was not uploaded properly. Please make sure you are only uploading the “Avada.zip” file, and if you do it via FTP you need to extract it first and only upload the Avada folder. http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/ftp-installation/

The forum can take anywhere from 1-20 hour to get a reply, but its usually on the lower end of that. Comments here are for pre sales questions since we cannot handle in depth support cases here since its very limiting, which is why we prefer the forum. But we can answer minor questions here., no worries!
The color skins only have light and dark which is a site wide change. Then there are several color schemes to go along with those for the accent color. We add those so you users can quickly choose one, they are pre-defined setups. But you can change any of the theme options to build your own color sin, its unlimited colors. But that will not allow you to add a new skin to the dropdown. You can make a new skin, but it will require you do create the skin and all the css to go with it, and then adding it to theme options.

On your demo website under the Shop page, when you hover over a product image, it changes to another image. How do I activate this feature?

That image hover effect will automatically happen when you add more than one image to the product. There is a main featured image, then a box for a gallery, add at least one image to the gallery and it will happen, see this: http://d.pr/i/bFMl

Avada, I like the way you created the portfolio_4.jpg image to show 3 web page captures stacked on top of each other with a shadowing effect. The perspective is right on, but I haven’t been able to duplicate these effects myself. I am working on my portfolio pages and have created the screen captures. I would like to do something similar to portfolio_4.jpg.

After the recent update (3.4.1), my posts are not displaying the author in the meta below the post (by AUTHOR NAME). This is a problem since it breaks Google Authorship for all our posts. Any ideas on what is causing this?

That message can be ignored. When you buy a theme that includes the rev slider, there is not an individual purchase code. You can only register the plugin if you have purchased the slider by itself outside of a theme purchase. The message should read like this …
“Hi! If you have purchased a stand alone version of the Revolution Slider, please activate your copy to receive automatic updates & get premium support. You do not need to do this if the slider came bundled with a theme.”

I can’t seem to activate fusion core now that i have updated to your latest version. I tried replacing the file in both plugin folders (the wordpress general one) and the plugins specific to the avada framework – neither worked – i did this via FTP, after failing to update normally the first time…

What error does it give you when you try to activate it? If you deactivate it you can delete it via WP admin, then you should be prompted to reinstall again. Not sure if you tried that not, but worth a shot.

Usually that means you are using the plugin with an older version of Avada, or its not installed properly. Have you tried to reinstall the theme? You will then be prompted to install fusion-core plugin as long as you delete it first.
