I think at this point we need to separate it all out. There should be several options (buttons on the Downloads screen)1. Download theme (make it a shiny color)
2. Download documentation (or just make it available online)
3. Download full package (includes Theme + Docs + Sample Data + anything else)
This solves two issues: the old “style.css is missing I want a refund!!!” issue and the “where the hell is the documentation?!?” issue.
Yes, this is a great idea!
Why doesn’t Themeforest just name the zip file something like:
themeforest-3102918-itemname-UNZIP-ME.zip
Seems like an easy solution?

Getting temporary admin access is actually pretty standard in Support. It’s really hard to troubleshoot a problem without seeing exactly what’s going on. Of course, you don’t have to give them admin access, but that’s typically the quickest way to get an answer. Good luck with the issue.
Mike McAlister’s Themes are “Okay”
As far as I know, you can include it bundled with the theme, as long as the GPL stays GPL. Here’s a topic (if old) that addresses it:

I love how the item even has the same name. This is hilariously sad.
I think he’s just looking for an html template for sale somewhere, not necessarily custom work. Is that correct?
Greetings and welcome to TF! I would say that design is one of the most important parts of selling themes here. I would start with a design and get some solid feedback on it before you start coding. Themes can get rejected based on poor design, no matter how good the coding and back-end are. This forum is a great resource to get feedback on whether the Theme will get accepted. Good luck!

Looks nice, but it is a bit buggy.I dont see, if the Comment of a Customer is already answered, till i open the “view more replies”. It is hard to see quick, which Comments still needs some Feedback. When i am answering on Comments with many Posts (in Google Chrome), i dont see my last comment till i Reload the page. And (as i wrote above) i need to press again “view more replies” to see if the last post for that comment is from me. Also a suggestion, It would be great, if we could Mark Comments one by one as Read and / or Mark all as Read to get a better overview of pending comments.
I’m also not seeing my comment post until I reload the page. Ajax posting is not working for me either.
Yes, this is an awesome improvement. Great solution. I’ve been waiting for the reply button to get moved for the past two and a half years.
