Gareth_Gillman, that is my bad that i call out other members but was quite difficult to explain the problem without comparison. But this issue affects all the authors and i thought everyone should be aware of the situation . And like i already said: My Biggest Apologize if i am wrong and i will retract my affirmations.

Hi,

Like author on TF i keep track of my items and the items that i compete after i release a new theme. This morning i see the “100% Rates” for authors and i thought it was nice. When i was talking with my partner Weblusive about our latest theme [links removed] had some increase in sales. With a day before that theme was behind us with around 10-15 sales and now it was ahead of us with 11 sales. Right now in the moment i write this post the theme has gone from 118 sales to 194 sales in just under 5 hours. So around 86 sales ahead. “Not Bad !”

My question now is: This seems legit to you? Do i miss something? Did he discover a way to promote the Theme that can increase the Sales like crazy? How can you have so many sales in couple of hours that you had in 3 weeks since launch?

I think he is just taking advantage of the “100% Rates” to boost the sales. I mean in 3 weeks since the theme was out he made around 100 sales and now since the “100% Rates” are up the sales have gone ballistic.

This is my opinion and i am not trying to hurt or offend anyone and if i am wrong “My biggest Apologize” but if he is indeed trying to take advantage of the “100% RATES” shame on you. It hurts our sales big time and most important of all it hurts the community and all the other authors that have sales here.

What do you guys think?

Thank you reading, Cheers

  1. Sub-accounts for employees. Essentially being able to give someone else access to post updates, edit item descriptions and other repetitive tasks but wihout access to my financials.
  2. Automatic commission splits for multi-author items.
  3. Search item comments.
  4. Specify exclusivity on a per item basis.
  5. Specify extended license option on a per item basis.

A very good List of needed Features!!! +1

The theme looks nice but you have some issues that you need to take care of and put some more love in to it. First of all you should work on the padding on some elements (menu, footer headings, footer elements ). Second you should work more on the slider and make it fit the style a bit more. Third you should add more functionality and pages to the theme so you can give the customer more flexibility.

This is my opinion so please don’t shoot me :).

Cheers mate and good luck.

This is definitely a mistake.

Unless your wordpress version has lots of coding issues, I would submit a support ticket. This should get approved immediately.

The theme is very clean when it comes to coding and this has nothing to do with how the theme is build. The problem is about the design. I should change some design elements like different fonts, styles and tweaking the general layout.

Anyway… i already contact support and waiting for a reply since i think a mistake was made.

“Glad” to see i’m not the only one. Unfortunately we still not have an explanation to the term “uniqueness”. I mean we have this:

TouchHTML with over 425 sales, TouchM Drupal version with over 180 sales and now when the WP should be up we get the response that is not having “uniqueness”. With clients asking me over the last month about the launch of the WP version i find myself in a very bad situation telling them the guys that is not going to happen. Anyway i will really love some second opinion from other guys on the market about the theme and maybe i’m missing something.

Cheers guys
