All you can do is to convert template to CS4 via openSesame or render out project for him. But in both cases you’ll waste your time without any additional fee.

24 hours isn’t a big deal. My last christmas template render time in C4D was 20 minutes per frame. It’s ~85 hours. Just leave it to render during few nights, as Creattive suggested
