Take a look here. You can also find it in the menu under More.
But it might work for related items, if you have an item in the Html / Wordpress / Email / ... category that are similar. I would love this and it doesn’t have to be 50% it could be a much smaller pricecut (but I’m ok with 50%
).
That is a good example of what I was talking about, but then ThemeForest quality.
I myself also miss gameing (and sporting) templates in the HTML Site Templates category or any other for that matter. There are a few templates if you search for game that are geared towards the gameing websites, but way to little if you ask me.
Since you’re adamant that what you need isn’t just a magazine theme, I’m guessing you’re talking about something with the community/tournament features built in. That’s not really going to happen in a theme, if anything you want a plugin/module to add that functionality.Although I don’t expect a full working community/tournament pages I would like to see a page with these layouts shown. So I’m not looking for an addin all I need is the layout.
There are hardly any game review templates or directory style templates in the market. And I do understand that the big sales are in the corporate category, but this might well be a gold mine if enough tempaltes are available for people to browse trough.
Perhapse a competition to fill this category might help.
An api to get the live preview without the purchase frame (same for the screenshots).

True. But do you actually own, or have a client still using one of those themes? They barely work on today’s browsers. In any case, your client would demand you to either fix them, or have a new theme installed (i.e. a modern one). We are talking about three years + here.
I wasn’t only refering to older items. Authors do delete more recent items too and then you lose the ability to download them.
I would suggest archiving them, this could include removing them from view and from the listed items but still in the download area for buyers. I look at this as an offsite backup for my bought items.
The downside of this is that if you ever bought one of these themes, they will be gone from the download page, and this is very annoying for me as a buyer.
+1 Good idea, this had bugged me for sometime now.
I do like it on the home page to see the x latest ones, but a page dedicated to the items from the authors that you follow would be a good idea.
