Thanks man, completely missed the sticky post. MY apologies for creating a new thread.

It sucks though cause I take it all the stats on the item and comments etc is gone? Would of been way better if the item was just “disabled” from public view.

EDIT : Silly me its just soft disabled puts foot in mouth awesome I’ll upgrade it :D

Just noticed that my Theme has dissapeared from my portfolio, any idea why that would happen?

Just wondering what happens to inactive accounts, there is a blank account registered since 2008 which has no activity on it at all… Myself and another content creator created a joint company and want to set up a Theme forest account. We have a couple of joint projects we would like to submit to TF.

But that account already exists, the ck docs and everything is already registered so its sorta inconvenient especially with an inactive account.

Is there anyway that the inactive account can be deleted, since it has not contributed anything to the network?

I use su.pr to track all my links, the stats I get on that vs the stats on my account are very very different. So also wondering how accurate tracking is?

Regardless, I want to post about more detailed referral tracking.

Things I’d like too see :

  • Username : the user signed up with.
  • Registration Date : they signed up.
  • Deposit Amount : since that is the amount our commission is calculated from.
  • Earnings : The amount that was earned from the deposit.

Would work well if done in the same table structure as everything else in earnings.

Lastly it would be cool if we can see which page they entered the site on.

Anybody else looking for this?

Actually that is not true, you do have to register first to use ‘buy now’ – otherwise authors can’t track who has purchased and who has not… think of it as just another payment option.

I didn’t take support into consideration there, though I still stick to my suggestion by simply checking if the user has bought items before or doesn’t have a 0 balance.

Alternativly spin it into a more positive light by saying buy any two files and get a 2$ discount :P or in that case a $4 discount since there’s two files involved each priced 2 dollars higher. (of course only if the above case was not true cause it will display the higher prices to those users)

I love the fact this features been added, I expected it to be a no mess no fuss kind of thing. And with that I mean you buy the file you don’t have to register first.

Meaning that normal members (that have already bought files) will not even of seen the 2$ increase (since the deposit thing was all about loyalty right?)

I’d suggest making the system check if you already purchased a file / or deposited money (eg: your balance does not == 0, or user bought a file before) , if you did you get the normal price.
