Establish a routine and use Freedom to disable your internet for a set time.

Also use Flux to save your eyes from strain.

Two other apps I use for a good work day are EyesRelax for my timed pomodoro work slots and Freedom to disable the internet (the biggest distraction) for a set duration. Hope these help you guys as much as they do me :)

If you are anything like me then you live in-front of your monitor. Before this app I didn’t think how bad the default 65000K color temperature is for your eyes. It’s like staring into the sun.

This free app for Windows/OSX/Linux/iOS changes your color temperature based on the time of day.

It should help you sleep better and it certainly reduces eye strain and tiredness. It is odd at first but give it 5 mins and you’ll never go back. There is a feature to disable for 1 hour when doing color sensitive work. I had to change the default settings to suit my environment.

I’m building a registration page for my support site that requires the user to use a valid purchase code before I let them register for my site. It uses this script from Github…

https://github.com/PriyeshPatel/Envato-Marketplace-Purchase-Verifier

Is there a good way to test it as I don’t yet have any purchases and therefore purchase codes.

I would also like to see this. Fireworks is my preferred choice choice for screen design, as it is with the professionals on this site (fireworksinterviews.com).

Fireworks users are out there, if you make it they will come.

I would also love to know. Fireworks is the medium of choice for many of us ‘screen only’ designers.
