yes, i did. and wierd they say that they are the author, they take toooo long to answer my question, that’s why I’m asking here and searching every where online. poor custumer support. I honestly make the biggest mistake by purchasing a templete on this site.

thank you for your suggestion, but the author don’t response my emails or comments, Day #4 after I pay $37 us dollars. I Honestly waste my time and money with this company.

Hello- I’m following the documentation 1st step but I’m lost ( 1st part, I did unzip and open the file folder, no password were provided, and I don’t understand what they mean by that.

1. Installation Top Extract the zip file using Winzip or Winrar on windows PC using the password provided on “Password” column under “My Downloadable Products” In “My Account”.

Copy the directories from “Opencart Files” (provided in to ZIP file) to your opencart root. Copy those directories at your opencart root respectively, e.g Your copy path will be “catalog/view/theme/forest_classyshop” >>>> I PLACE THE THEME HERE <<< “catalog/view/javascript/jquery”(Overwrite this folder) >>HELP HERE << Any suggestion and help is appreciated. Than You

there are some small differences between opencart 1.5.3 and 1.5.4 but I think it should work. Simply ask the author of this theme!

I did install the template version 1.5.3.1 into my opencart version 1.5.4.1 and when i select the template a camera shows { like no preview } any suggestions?

Thank you for your answer. I did contact the authur 4 times. I purchase the template for $37 dollars and I still waitng for the answer.

The first thing I did was contact the author. I have contacted the authour 4 times and there is no response. I purchase the template for $37 dollars and is not fair that I get this type of service.

I have my own business and there is noway I provide such a bad service like this.

I’m redy to purchase a theme and no one can answer a simple question from facebook, the author of the theme or ticket support. i have been waiting for an answer since this morning and is already 8pm.
