Does it take more time for it to update?

I agree with Paz, if it’s stated and not fact it’s a lie, nothing good about a lie. We had that discussion about HTML5 statements as well if you remember, but I guess that’s more of a grey zone because a theme can use just a bit of HTML5 , but not be just a bit responsive?

Yasterday I’ve noticed a new WP theme that claim to be “Fully responsive”…

It’s not deduction it’s “Kernel” its on the second item on WordPress ATM .
