Sevenspark thank you for taking time and writing back.
We were doing the same until now but in this last few days 2 of our customers commented on our items that they have not recieved any reply from us and we have checked their mails and that warning was the only thing in common. Plus we do not recieve that warning in all mails.
The problem is, you make a solution and send it to them, but customer does not recieve it and you are in the bad position. Conclusion: you solve it, but get rated and commented badly.
Hi
In some mails we recieve from our customers that are sent via contact form, we get such warning;

and those with this warning say that they do not recieve our emails/replies. We really care about providing support to our customers but when they do not receieve any mails from us, even though we send, this is automatically putting us in a bad position. Could anybody advise us on this issue and how to avoid this? Thanks in advance
Best regards, CanYigit
Check out Google Analytics. It’s perfect for that

CanYigit saidHi CanYigit, I haven’t had anyone get in contact and specifically say they want to rate it less than 5 stars. I have had buyers threaten me with a below 5 star rating if I didn’t customise the theme for them. There are some very rude people out there and they don’t seem to understand we work around the clock fixing bugs and answering support questions.
Maybe not so relevant but Christine i saw on one of your theme you asked your customers to contact with you if they’re thinking to rate the item below 5 stars. I was just wondering has anyone contacted you and stated any reasons and so on?
That’s just sad. Especially when customers use it as a threat. I was just wondering if that helps. We are all facing that kinds of situations. Well, good luck to all of us
Hi Christina,
Could you please contact us via contact form on our profile page. We would like to help you out on this.
Best regards, CanYigit
