- He will help in creating the demo in WordPress.
- We will split the theme revenue 40% for him, 40% for us, 20% for marketing, support staff hosting etc.
- Good in deadlines, we don’t want to waste each other time.
- WordPress Theme will be hosted on Code125 Account.
If you are interested, we can talk further through my profile contact form.
We all create shortcodes in our themes, but we use different name methodology for our shortcodes, and make our own version, and when buyers change the theme they are using they just face a page full of codes and they have to build it from scratch based on what this theme supports.
The idea simply, why don’t we “authors” build a wiki or any other solution to agree on a methodology on creating shortcodes, for example:
If you want to support a title shortcode in your theme it should have the following parameters: -title -icon -url -class -idso a regular title shortcode should be like that
[title title="Title" icon="fa fa-abc" url="#" class="" id=""]
We are talking here about the features we “authors” are adding every day to our themes, we can share the ideas on any platform or even here on this thread.
Another point is if i “author” want to implement a new shortcode that i knew about, what should be the parameters.
We don’t interfere with how do you handle the code, just to unify our generated code so switching will be easier so people can always upgrade their websites.
So … what do u think, is there anything like this and i missed it ?
Best Regards, Mostafa
