I actually did that a few weeks back actually and they didn’t answer back haha. I think it’s because the issue is a very complex one. It’s all good now though, it’s in the works of being sorted out.

Yup, this was our mistake Tim. There was some complex stuff and then just some plain old confusion on top of it. I’m sorry about that!

You don’t need to attach or do any other work after uploading with your model releases when using the bulk uploader. Within the system, they are already considered attached to the photos uploaded during that batch
