...if I make a simple slideshow and showcase videos as placeholders, for example an ad, does this give the expression like the coffee drinking George Clooney is advertising my slideshow (forbidden), or is it more like I am showcasing an ad from Nescafe, and Nescafe paid George Clooney to star in it (allowed).
It’s not about “expression”. You promote your product – it’s the fact!
cyzer saidEpic superhero phrase!
And i will always be bored enough to report any infringements of rules.
1. First two titles. Bad font, no style and etc.
2. Very dark. What is wrong with the brightness? It’s the main problem. First I think something wrong with my monitor.
3. No color correction in placeholders.
4. No highlights. No reflections.
no dog here
I think this 500 hours is not only work inside AE. It’s creating the main idea, style, sketches, storyboard. Or you guys think it’s like…. BAAAM… here is one scene…. BAM… here is another one… MY CREATIVITY PROCESS TAKES SECONDS!!!... BAM… final result.
abstract-labs saidNo this wouldn’t be allowed either. If it is brought to the attention of Support they will need to be removed. Thanks!
I have seen descriptions with affiliate links to other services like Voicebunny, is this allowed?
So reviewers must look closer to Videohive items, because this marketplace full of Voicebunny affiliate links.
Thanks guys. The funniest thing is that I spent more then 2 hours for this conversation, although support usually takes couple minutes. Another thing that confused me is his badges. His account is more than 5 years old and he purchased 100-499 items. Can this “status” be a reason to trust (or not trust) support requests?
No it’s not the reason to trust.
Here is the story that happened to me several month ago:
A user with 100-499 purchased items mailed me. He asked for support and knew such things that only buyer could know. But I saw he had not bought my item. So I pointed this to him. After that I had immediate sale of this item. And his answer: “Sorry, I forget to purchase it.” Ok. But he had my files before purchase! And who know.. If he had no issues he would buy my files or not?
I help him… But after that I will never trust these guys with 10000 billion purchases.
I think it will. If you look at the 3 examples staff referenced in OP, 2 of the 3 trailers (Road Trailers & Planet Earth) look more like openers/intro titles, but can also be considered as trailers as well.
Because they couldn’t find something more similar in the “Apple Motion” & “Cinema 4D” categories.
Friends, a question. I want to link “Y” position to a slider control, but the X and Z must be free. How can i do this? Thank you!
x = value; y = thisComp.layer("Controller").effect("Slider Control")("Slider"); z = value; [x,y,z]Instead “thisComp.layer…bla-bla” put your own path to the controller.
Or another way, right click on position—> Separate Dimensions. Now you control each position of X, Y, Z independently. So feel free to link Y position to a slider control.
mothinkers, you made a mistake…
"value" not "Value"
