Got the same email two or three weeks ago. I wasn’t a beta tester, but I’m disappointed like you.

I think the “quality” is only an excuse, I can state my 2 listed services (2 logo design services) were hi-quality services, I priced them $400 each, way more than the mean price for similar services so I got 1 buyer only (which rated the service 5/5). I knew I’d have a few completed job, it was my marketing choice, few clients and mid-high prices.

I could imagine they did a simply math like the following: if ( number_of_completed_job / exposure_time ) is > than a threshold, service is allowed to stay otherwise they quitted the service and removed the account.

No problem with that, they made a legitimate decision regarding their business, I’m just disappointed by their communication and the fake “quality matter”.
Well said. Totally agree with you. You have dissapointed me this time Envato. Way too bad.

Got no idea. You can submit a support ticket, but prepare to wait two or three weeks for an answer for you rejection.

I think that there are pretty much a lot of similar business card concepts, so this may be a reason for rejection of your file. Although, I believe that you can use this one as a base version to create something more unique and outstanding that will contribute much more to the marketplaces. Good luck!

As I’ve never created mock-ups and I am not familiar with the whole process of creating one, I can only express an opinion about your preview file, which does not looks good. If the actual mock-up is fine and you fix your preview file, by removing those eye-grabbing black hexagons, it may looks way more professional. Just expressing an opinion. Good luck!

Hm.. You can get the exact reason if you submit support ticket, but prepare to wait 2-3 weeks for an answer. Although the illustration looks fine to me.

It may be because of the item’s name. Did you added “Mustang” or “Ford” in the product name?
