There’s no need to reupload the whole project. Simply go to “Edit” tab, upload the things you want to be updated and click on “Submit files for review” button. Your update will be reviewed, but your file will be online the whole time Moreover your previous buyers may be notified about this update if they checked such option in their download page!
Probably you’ve included links to either accepted items or authors present on GraphicRiver. That’s against the rules, so someone has flagged your post.
Well, it doesn’t look that bad. Probably that’s why it’s soft-rejected.
The very first thing I see is that the white writing on woman’s shirt is a bit misleading. It looks like a part of the text, but it isn’t. I also think that you’ve chosen rather difficult colors to match, main title, eggs and leaves are based/mixed with yellow color and makes the whole part a bit busy, as mention by reviewer. I don’t like the background, but that’s just my opinion.
However, if I was reviewer, I’d accept this flyer, if that satisfies you
Day of the week. There may be slight delay on weekends. Also reviewers are from different timezones, so sometimes you have to wait until he/she is awake and ready to review our items.
You need to be patient. Reviewing time varies from minutes/hours to even a week. Depends on category. Also the time remains the same even if you have 1000 approved items
I see some potential in your flyer. However you need to work with text, dj names on boxes are not aligned with the info below them. Top title is barely visible. Also what would be the purpose of empty social media icons, leaving aside the fact that they’re rather should be centered?
There’s probably not much you can do. In the end it’s up to your customer whether he rates your file or not. You can put such information here and there, but don’t be too pushy
You should contact author of the file in the first place.
The next thing you should to is to check if layers aren’t locked, if you use correct version of Photoshop and you don’t use Photoshop Elements, because in majority of cases it won’t be able to edit Photoshop projects from GraphicRiver.
I think it’s not possible. Whenever you want to include someone’s work in your item, all within this marketplace, you need to stick to Envato’s licenses.
I’ll flag your post for official reply, let’s wait until some staff member answers your question
I believe this is your answer. You have to buy an extended license and have written permission from the author of the file.
