I had RSI this summer and here is what I’ve done:
purchased Microsoft Natural Keyboard 4000, Microsoft Natural Mouse 6000; powerball -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyroscopic_exercise_tool started attending gym; took 2-week break from PC.
Now it’s OK and doesn’t hurt anymore.

Main font is very bad from my point of view.
Please ensure you’ve set the folder permissions correctly for KingSize WP: - /wp-content/uploads/ needs to be set to 777. - /wp-content/themes/kingsize/cache/ needs to be set to 777. - /wp-content/themes/kingsize/images/upload/ needs to be set to 777.
- On some servers, this may require being set to 755 as a security.

OrganicBeeMedia has it right. Just go into your “WordPress” > “Appearance” > “Menus” and when you’ve created a custom link you first have to add a URL , so add ”#” in placement. Once you’ve added that to the navigation then expand the item and remove the URL ”#”.
