OK !!! i found the “bug”.....

Each month i request All earnings available at … But this month i did 2 withdrawal requests, 1 with $XXX to paypal and 1 with $YYY to payoneer.

when i read the email of confirmation (the one we receive each month), i can read : Your request to withdraw all earnings up until the end of …

So, like i did not asked ALL EARNINGS but 2 different amounts, i think the system cannot generate this email.

What do you think ?

Check your withdrawal tab, if there IS a pending withdrawal, contact support ASAP PS. Got mine as well

Each month i receive this email in a “Envato” box i create… and never gone to Spam… i just checked my spam list and nothing is there…
