Yay! Today, September 11, is out best selling The7 theme birthday!
1 year and almost 15K sales! Super-massive YAY!
This is the first iPhone I’ve ever liked. I like the design and the size increase. The size of the old iPhone was a joke compared to today’s phones. They were way behind the curve in that area.
Basically that’s the Apples problem. They just released an iPhone for Android users
BTW if Envato wants more revenue – it’s better idea not to introduce worthless “mandatory support” or take those $1.5 from authors by keeping handling-costs-revenue for themselves BUT control the fckn theme usage by buyers. Give authors fckn tools to allow 1 purchase code per only 1 site! Now its possible to use same code and same API key to update theme on hundreds of thousands sites. Is it THAT hard to control it?
New dilemma Macbook Pro 13” Retina with 512 gb ssd with 8gb ram vs. 128 gb ssd with 16 gb ram.. In the same price. For photoshop, illustrator and stuff.. So more ram or space?
Definitely more RAM! You can upgrade you SSD in 30 seconds, but RAM is soldered to motherboard.
Edit: here you go: http://www.transcend-info.com/Apple/jetdrivelite/ . You can also upgrade the system SSD but it will take 30 seconds longer
Hey, where’s you “first spoon of Vegemite” video? Without you cannot be named a proper Elite!
Was depressed over lost front bumper.. But you made my day!
steals code > gets rejected > complains about it. hilarious
somebody make a meme of it, please!
natman saidYep. Brilliant idea! Prohibit to use Visual Composer, Revolution and Layer Slider!.. but there may be a minor side effect: themes will stop selling.
ThemesDepot saidThanks for asking, ThemesDepot. As Collis said in the main post, “We are also going to revisit how updates are handled for bundles and themes that include separate plugins.”
Another proof that we should not be bundling plugins into our themes. When will Envato act in this matter?
This is not entirely true.. Many authors have made their own frameworks and pagebuilders, as well as sliders plugins.
On a level , i would agree with limiting the authors on using these type of plugins, but only by the fact that an extended license is to cheap in my opinion. Many authors are making their themes solely based on this type of plugins ( for example, Visual composer ). There is very little input on what the author really does for a theme that includes these plugins ( coding wise ).Best regards, Stefan
Like it or not, but Visual Composer is de-facto became the industry standard. (And is promoted by Envato BTW.) Other builders are doomed. You can PM me in half a year if time will prove me wrong
