Hello :) If you’re having any troubles with uploading, feel free to open a Support ticket and be as detailed as possible with what steps you are taking and what FTP program you’re using. Thanks!

I did not to get the uploading problem. It works correctly. I used FileZilla for my uploading by FTP. Today I get my all image in item_submissions , and I submit all for reviewer. :)

Now I understand that not problem with files or image, but need here to more time to wait for my uploaded image get at item_submissions here. Problem with waiting more time here…

Thanks! KingDog

From time to time I have a similar case. But usually after a few hours longer wszsytko loaded. But if something was wrong it Upload it again.

No problem with upload the file, it uploaded. But when I submit it primarily for edit the tag to final submit; here I face the problem. Show the “Just wait a little while as we process your files” , but would not to get my file here for edit the tag to final submit.

Thanks

Just from my experience, it does that for a long time. An hour or so. I have learned to just close the window and come back a few hours later and, if you did the FTP correctly, it will show up. If you come back and it still shows “in processing” the next day, then you probably uploaded FTP incorrectly. Just my experience with it now. FTP is finicky. I have trouble with it a third of the time. Sometimes after uploading all the photos into the photo file, the model release file disappears and NEVER returns—-which means what I uploaded is worthless without the attached MR. Do over. Again. Something should really be done so we cam upload directly on site without all this zipping stuff. Rather unnecessarily complicated, the most of any other site. Odd.

Now I upload directly on site, but same result… I submit that but no file get here for edit and tag option for final submit. Thanks for reply

What happen with submit system today…..

Please anybody can help me to say, what can I do for that’s problem solved

If it plays and there’s a moving picture in the box that’s the same as the moving picture you’d expect to be seeing in the box, then it’s playing correctly.

Whether it plays correctly on other people’s machines is largely dependent on whether you’ve compressed it using a codec that their computer understands too. Use one of the VH recommended codecs and it should be fine.

By the way, isn’t this thread almost identical to your other one?

My submitted .mov file that played correctly on my PC but got appears as though the Quicktime file is corrupt…............

Now accept the file re-updated by rendering again that. This time get accept result…..

Thanks for reply :)

Here,

I get the massage,

it appears as though the Quicktime file is corrupt, and will not play. Please make sure you are using a codec such as h.264 or Photo-JPG, which will play across multiple formats. Once you’ve made sure the Quicktime file plays correctly, please feel free to resubmit the file.

How can I understand or know that the Quicktime file plays correctly

Regards

I usually render an uncompressed .avi from AE, import in Quicktime and export as .mov (h264 or Photo-Jpg). But which versions of AE are you using?

AE-CS4 but I also used PS-CS5, MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2014 Premium and MPEG Streamclip 1.2 Square 5. But get the same result.

Thanks!

Hey, your first file is only 643.90 KB and 0 seconds long, as you said it could be corrupt and I don’t think you can recover it. Maybe just skip this one and upload more stuff :)

The file size is 117mb & time to play 0:21, but info show File Size: 643.90 KB and Duration: 00 Seconds.

what can I do..?

I also try to render with AE and Photo-JPG too but same result… I don’t understand that what happen with rendering.

Also, from Videostream: Codec: Microsoft RLE (MS-RLE) FourCC: MRLE.

How to change it to

Videostream: Codec: YUV 4:2:0 FourCC: NV12

Unfortunately your submission Yellow Flowers isn’t quite ready for VideoHive. Here’s some feedback from our Review team on why it couldn’t be accepted.

1. Thanks for uploading your item. Unfortunately, it appears as though the Quicktime file is corrupt, and will not play.

Please make sure you are using a codec such as h.264 or Photo-JPG, which will play across multiple formats.

Once you’ve made sure the Quicktime file plays correctly, please feel free to resubmit the file.

After making the required fixes or improvements, please edit your submission at http://videohive.net/item/....... and submit for re-review.

But my other one item was approved the same format file. File Info: File Name: 2014-06-22 – 002.mov File Format: MOV – Apple Quicktime Movie File Size: 214.13 MB File Date: ?Sunday, ?June ?22, ?2014, ??2:20:41 PM
