The point you raised reminds me of this: http://dowebsitesneedtolookexactlythesameineverybrowser.com/

I would say that as long as the website is functional in a browser (it can be used and navigated), then it is compatible.

One of the most valuable companies in the word, Berkshire Hathaway: http://www.berkshirehathaway.com/

All it takes is 5 minutes and MS frontPage.

I’ve had one for about a year and I still love it. There’s nothing more satisfying than snapping the mouse to turn it off at the end of the day.

That’s sneaky and I would expect against marketplace rules. Have you reported it?

In Britain words are considered official once they are included in the Oxford English dictionary.

Erm…how about just this -

p:empty { display: none; }

Or, to cover your bases and hide all empty elements,

*:empty { display: none; }
None of the PHP solutions have worked consistently for me so I have started using this CSS solution. It works well so far but I’ll have to see if the reviewers say anything about it when I upload my next item.

The portfolio pages look okay but the rest of the pages look unfinished. The pages have no footer and the typography spacing could be better, for example the comments and date at the bottom of the post excerpt on the blog page.

I remember some time ago the review team made a post telling authors that all themes and templates sold on the marketplace had to work, or “degrade gracefully”, when Javascript is disabled. Is this still the case?
