This is because android 2.2 dose not have support for HTML5 audio so no matter which player you are using it will not work, is best that you upgrade your operating system. Basically the player is trying to use HTML5 and if this is not supported it will try to fallback to flash…

The problem is that all you can see about the license is that is “Roaylity Free” this is why I am confused, like I said I don’t sell the music I only want to use it to shocase the HTML5 audio player.
I am still not sure what Royalty Free Music means.
My question is simple can I use Royalty Free Music bought from itunes in my projects, for example in a HTML5 audio player, I am not selling the music, I am selling the HTML5 audio player.
