If you sell it yes you do …. All his stuff when it come Licensing are the same ,it doesn’t say else and i didn’t see the MIT word there . Not like flash I think his JS tween worth every penny you spend …. And there is no way someone can come up with a better js tween, he simple have tons of coding experience on that tween level …

I’ve used four tweening engines including animate from jquery, all I will say is that TweenMax is the s… is the best by far, the performance is amazing, garbage collection is perfect! the only problem is that it is in beta state and there are a lot of bugs but this will be fixed in the final release.

I have a flash license but this should apply to the js Tween also, right now the tweening engine is in beta state, I actually fixed some bugs in the tween engine, this was not cool by the way , I do not advice use of TweenMax/Lite until the final release, to many problems…

I totally agree with you, all the blame is on adobe, I am so pissed about the decisions which they made … for me adobe is history.

Time will tell but html5 for sure it the future ,flash is as good as dead in my opinion, we need to have an open mind in right now!

I do not agree with this “ou mimic unique flash old stuff” I just created a nice gallery with a unique concept stuff like this will never be old no matter which technology you chose.

I think you missed understood , this is not canvas, this is made with html elements and css no canvas. We have written a library that mimics the as 3.0 DisplayList, all that good stuff, custom events, DisplayObject, Bitmap etc… without some library it is a nightmare to code javascript, anyway I will go with this type of projects, they are unique and I don’t see why not clients would not buy this stuff, is really cool, not to mention that for mobile the library that I was telling you about is using css3 3dtransforms so is super fast, on my ipad3 I have 60fps most of the times, the performance is better then on pc, for pc I’ve noticed that css3 is slower…, of course optimizations are needed but it works!

AIR for mobile and desktop has it own place and much brighter future than Flash Player on the web. html5 is not a direct competitor to it and can’t do anything like AIR does, just let you know.

A smart developer always codes in the native language, what will happen if I invest 3 years of my time in air and then adobe is making a switch again?
