You need to ask them what theme they are using and what plugins they are using, then you setup that on your server and get the same error.
Or tell them to switch to default twenty twelve theme and ask them if problem still persist, if it does then its some other plugin conflicting with yours. If its not, then its theme specific.
In the end, ask them for login and try it yourself.
- Spacing, font is to small and almost hitting edges somewhere - Get rid of gray gradient, generally that part with laptop and gray background does not look good at all. I would totally redesign it. - Again background at the bottom, brown and gray gradient, just doesnt look good at all, you should probably reconsider new colors. Doesnt need to be flat, but just doesnt seem right. - Contact form shows to late - font size
maybe those should be good way to start
I agree with Charlie. If you can design themes for TF, start with html versions, and then you can slowly work on WP yourself.
I agree with CloudEight, thats why I also created mine, but as that was like 2 years ago, seems like i need to update it, so i was wondering shall i go that route or with bootstrap, but using bootstrap, how do you adjust every bit of design ?
It can, you just need developer to change custom post type names/titles and you are good to go.
David, I agree, I also created my own because for boostrap you need to overwrite every single element. Does anyone have solution for this ? Unless you are using just its grid system.
Should move this into themeforest topic.
Do you have your own html/css framework or you use one of open source such as bootstrap, skeleton, 960gs etc..? If your theme is made using bootstrap, does it help in sales ?
Better option would be to introduce search function for comments, as when someone has problem with theme and there are 500+ comments, one need to go through all comments to findout if someone else had same problem like he did and if author answered that comment
