Its actually fairly easy the issue has been fixed as you see my above posts have been removed.

I just don’t see how the review team here doesn’t look to see if the timthumb.php files that are submitted with these designs are the corrupt exploited versions versus the new version.

So once again just bringing this to all your attention.

I am sorry that some of you have to come to assumptions and throw jabs at me. But I guess that’s what some like to do Simply letting you all know and maybe the review staff will pay a closer attention to future wordpress themes submitted that contain timthumb.php files, that is all!

Thanks for the information and hopefully review staff buckles down and pays a closer attention to the plugins/coding used in the themes versus just the design front end.

remove my site name from the first post then, as it is irrelevant, like i said i copied and pasted my link from my comment reply on the layout i recently purchased (cause you know my over 250,000 uniques i get accross my network on a daily basis really needs me to resort to getting poor webmaster traffic to my website), just making you all more aware of the situation as obviously it might have been talked about but new layouts are being added to themeforest containing the old timthumb.php file.

i am not advertising my site, i copied and pasted my comment on the layout i purchased to let you all know. i receive many uniques to not even care about a few people coming from here lol

if it has been mentioned before then why are new layouts still being accepted yieldling the old timthump.php file?

I recently just purchased a layout from here that contained a timthump.php file that was outdated and left me to being vulnerable for another hacking attempt. I suggest everyone who is selling layouts here and that uses timthumb to thumbnail to use the updated version… I am writing the message here so it gets known and these problems are fixed.

From being a site owner, I have always updated my WP, never had to do much changes to my layouts usually… It’s either I upgrade or enjoy the hacking from the noobs that are out there
