Its actually fairly easy the issue has been fixed as you see my above posts have been removed.
I just don’t see how the review team here doesn’t look to see if the timthumb.php files that are submitted with these designs are the corrupt exploited versions versus the new version.
So once again just bringing this to all your attention.
I am sorry that some of you have to come to assumptions and throw jabs at me. But I guess that’s what some like to do
Simply letting you all know and maybe the review staff will pay a closer attention to future wordpress themes submitted that contain timthumb.php files, that is all!
Thanks for the information and hopefully review staff buckles down and pays a closer attention to the plugins/coding used in the themes versus just the design front end.

(just found one of those trees in my property, apparently its almost extinct, I wonder how good it smells in my bonfire soon)
