Your Graphicriver account is still active though.

Check with Support as suggested.

Then you can clear it up with them, and all of your Themes could be back online.

Depends on the Company, small company pays 12-14$ per hour.

Larger company maybe 15-20$ per hour.

Super big company up to 26$ per hour.

Not exact rates, but pretty close.
