I like the look of the newest player, although some of the edges look a bit funky, overall it’s better than the first update. Here are some problems I still have with it:
I would like to be able to change the volume without having to open a pop up thingy but I can’t speak for everyone else.
Lastly the tinting hasn’t been fixed, which in my opinion, is the biggest problem, all of my projects with white textured backgrounds are bleached and overly white in the preview video, which definitely doesn’t help sales. I’m sure everyone can agree with me on this one.
83 so far for me.
maupa saidYou are right. I noticed the same on the previews with bright (white and almost white) background.
The player shows not the real colors of our Videos? Please check this. For example my 3D Black file. Everything has a blue touch.
Edit: But only in chrome. In ff and ie colors are fine.
I thought I was crazy because I didn’t think anyone else noticed this haha.
I’ll give it a shot
It looks like a cartoon so I would say the reason it hasn’t gotten very many sales is because the market for cartoon projects isn’t very large.
I saw the other preview the other day.
Here’s what I have to say…
You’re the only one who knows if you actually STOLE the idea, but even if you didn’t steal the idea and you just happened to make a project that closely resembled Oko’s project, it would still be violating copyrights.
If I were you I would give up the fight as soon as possible. We’ve already lost two awesome authors (Polansky & GoldenBuddha) to “copyright” violations, and it would be a shame to see your account deleted.
I’m come from a land far far away, called VideoHive. I have always been curious about website design, especially after seeing the insane amount of blue steel and plutonium paws over here, but I have never really looked into it. I would say that I have a pretty good “sense of design”, but I have no experience with coding, in fact I wouldn’t even call myself a novice.
What I want to know is; where’s the best place to start? Can I learn on my own? How much experience is needed to produce something worthy of ThemeForest?
A 25” Hannspree monitor. i had never heard of Hannspree before I got it, but it turned out to be a great monitor. And I think I got it for under $200.
