You can create multiple accounts, for purposes like these – just make sure it stays within reasonable limits. I’m not sure if there’s a hard limit, but when you’re creating more than 5-10 you need perhaps to reconsider your plan

Just about any macbook will do the job.
If you go Mac (which I personally recommend) be sure to keep an eye on Macrumor’s buyers guide – it’s been 200 days since the last update, a new one is due around September-October, perhaps earlier as they might update it with (or right after) the OSX Mountain Lion release (which is promised “summer 2012”).
Having said that; if you need it now, just go ahead and buy it. Personally I always plan these kind of purchases a few months ahead, though, as I hate the feeling of a new release when you’ve just purchased the older model at the same price

You don’t get paid for clickthroughs, but for deposits done by the users that actually registered via your link. In your case, as Dani mentioned, 2 users registered but havn’t deposited anything yet. If they end up depositing, though, you’ll still get your share

That really is awesome! I’m already using a hacked-together script that automatically uploads my screenshots to my Public Dropbox and copies the link to my clipboard, but the annotation feature on this gem made me install it regardless

I don’t see how you could technically get a ‘HD’ screenshot. How can a screenshot possible be of a higher resolution than that of your computer screen? It’s a 1:1 image of the exact pixels that you see on your screen – by definition. Unless you’re saving it as a JPG rather than a lossless format, there’s no quality difference between screenshots.
Or do you mean that you want to make a screenshot of your website on a larger screen? If so, you could use http://browsershots.org/, but it only goes up to 1600px, and I’m confident your screen is already around this size
