It’s not possible to use any of the Marketplace items in another item for sale as stock without the permission of the creator of the file. Please see point number 8 in http://codecanyon.net/licenses/extended

You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.

There currently isn’t an option but that doesn’t mean there never will be Licensing is an ongoing process and we’ve just recently completed round one. We’ve been listening to all the feedback so please keep it coming.
