Thread Locked >> Calling out items or authors
Please do not call out items or authors on the forums. As per our Community Guidelines:
Please respect your fellow users, staff, and moderators. We are all part of a community and you are expected to treat all users in a professional and respectful manner.
If there is a concern with an item, please feel free to open up a Support ticket.
Hello It’s possible that the author is working on a patch and the theme will be back once they have finished. You should have also received an email about where to download the slider on it’s own. If the author hasn’t built the slider directly into the theme, that should be another option you can use. Thanks!
While I haven’t been able to confirm with head office yet, there are several authors who are reporting issues with receiving their September 15th withdrawal. We are aware of the issue and are awaiting news from the Melbourne office when it opens today.
Any further information or updates will be posted to this thread. Thanks!
Hello Your Support ticket number will be included in your automatic reply once you open a ticket. It will be about 5 numeric digits long. I was able to find your ticket and I’ve asked Support to look into the situation. Hopefully they will be getting back to you shortly. Thanks!
Gareth is completely correct. In the case of the payment issues, we already had multiple threads being opened. When there is a known site issue we will often lock the thread down along with the last official reply. If we allow the thread to remain open, the official reply will often scroll off and new posters will continue to reply without knowing there has already been an official reply. We end up going round and round in circles if we don’t lock these kinds of threads down.
And while we wont debate moderation decisions, we have very clear terms of conduct listed in our community guidelines. Thanks!
