While we need to take a filed DMCA seriously and follow a certain procedure, filing a DMCA is also very serious and should never be used as a “sales tactic”.
From the Knowledgebase:
Claimants and Sellers should be aware that there are potentially serious consequences to both filing DMCA and counter notifications, particularly inaccurate ones. Obtain your own legal advice as necessary. Don’t make false claims, as these could result in penalties for perjury, legal damages or other legal consequences.

Haven’t seen it mentioned before. If you keep getting it after you’ve cleared your browsers cache etc. Let me know the browser and the steps you took that led to the error. Thanks!

That’s probably something you’ll want Support’s help with Tany

We may have to change the phrasing of a flagged post. “Inappropriate” doesn’t always sound right

Well currently there isn’t really a feedback area for Microlancer, so I guess the Marketplace forums will have to do for now
I’ll ask Jordan which way they would prefer to get feedback. Thanks!
Update
D’zinc just pointed out to me that Microlancer has their own contact form for giving feedback – http://www.microlancer.com/contact
So yeah, I guess we should probably be using that

Microlancer is a separate section from the Marketplaces. Jordan has been really great at coming in here and answering questions but he’s only one man

The eCommerce category doesn’t have its own heading since it’s wide collection of items across several categories. Since it’s more than just plugins we felt that we should go the tag route instead. Hope that makes sense

Hey Alex that’s a bit of a different situation as far as exclusivity goes. Since the photos you’re using are not for sale on one of our Marketplaces any more, I think the issue with exclusivity would rest more with the other place you’re selling the photos on
I guess it would depend on what the final item you had for sale on GraphicRiver was. If the photos are just a small part of the greater work, then that shouldn’t be a problem. You can always open a ticket with Support if you want greater clarification – http://support.envato.com/ Thanks!

I’ve got the badge but i wonder how to become a provider? is there a limit of providers? I already tried to register as a provider.
From Jordan from this thread – http://themeforest.net/forums/thread/microlancer-launches-in-open-beta/94172?page=15
We’re still inviting service providers! But it may take some time, we’ve had a huge amount of interest. But we’re really excited to give everyone a try, we just want to make sure we can keep the workload manageable while we grow so we can support every service provider as best as we can.
Thanks!
