Exactly, done on purpose, ever heard of the Georgia Guidestones? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_Guidestones
Interesting. However I don’t believe anyone is after those guidelines. First 3 can be achieved by any type of person in charge but what about the rest? Fair laws, prizing truth, leaving room for nature…As far as I know the majority of people who are on top of things lack most of those to begin with therefore I doubt they will work on to restore them for everyone…
Looking forward to the day people will stop using HTML5 as a term for everything. It’s a freaking markup language, nothing more, nothing less.
Your point is valid however CSS and JS need HTML to exist. JS needs objects to animate or draw onto, CSS needs objects to style. If we really wanted to be precise we would have to write HTML5+CSS3+JS which is long for everyone
Silverlight followed the same fate.
I am no Microsoft hater but this is one reason I am mad at them. Microsoft is trying to do so many stuff that they end up messing things up. I think they should concentrate on their OS mostly and stay away from trying to mimic everything. Seriously, what was the point of SilverLight when we had Java and Flash…
html5/modern browsers/mobile is where you need to focus
I think this is still too much for one person. Full compatibility between browsers and all devices seems like a dream to me. I just don’t believe it will be happening soon so there will always be headaches on developer’s side if he wants good results on all of them. I think one should first pick PC or Mobile. For PCs, I don’t think Flash will die soon. If mobile, then pick Android or Apple and then dive into App Development for that specific choice. HTML5 might be good for simple effects but I really doubt it’s the way to choose for advanced stuff like games, regardless of your aim of PC or Mobile.
It could have 2 cameras with option to record 3D. I guess they are going to release it as the 2nd version, after they sold millions of these…
Which games are you playing? On Windows XP, I had similar issues with games that use OpenGL only (no DirectX support in the game).
Thanks, good to know I wasn’t the only one, I don’t feel like formatting at the moment
Now that’s weird. Which version do you have? I have CS5, maybe they fixed it later. Or this means that the time for a format has come for me…
It wasn’t related with the text field so here’s a simplified test;
Open new project and create 2 MovieClips, name them A and B in library. Give B linkage name of “MyB”. Enter in B and add this script;
Then goto document stage and place an instance of A, give instance name “A” and add this script to main timeline;
A.gotoAndStop(1); for(var _n:int=0; _n<3; _n++) addChild( new MyB() );
When I run this, I get only 2 traces. But when I change the order;
for(var _n:int=0; _n<3; _n++) addChild( new MyB() ); A.gotoAndStop(1);
I get the correct 3 traces. The order matters for some reason.
I need to solve my concentration issues fast and produce stuff to get $500 a month. That would solve my problems for a short period. Then $1000 would be good enough, of course if I continued to get it for the rest of my life. It probably won’t last that long for me so getting about $3000 would be awesome to save money for later years.
@Endat thanks. License/law stuff really confuses me.
I’d like to ask another question regarding the example item if you don’t mind.
It has pictures of Apple products and even the logo. How do you sell such items on Envato? Does the author pay Apple for that or got some permission or something?
