When I first came to VideoHive, I chose my casual username marius4199. That’s just my name and some meaningless numbers. I couldn’t imagine that I will actually earn money here, so I just quickly typed this username… But as the time went by, I started feeling more and more uncomfortable with it. So, I have decided to change it to MRMdesings. Basically, MR is the abbreviation of Mister, and another M is the first letter of my name. I know it doesn’t sound too good, but at least better than that cluster of numbers
I already can see a new wave of metal extruded logos
I can’t see that now. Cause you can’t do it with actual image placed in as layer. You have to import it into Element. I realy doubt that envato and many client will have obj or c4d logo file…
you can’t use png ir ai file as we can see. Maybe Kramer didn’t show that but I think for the promotion of that plug-in he would have shown it.My guess is that no raster or vector image logo will work with it.
I think it’s not true. A quote from VideoCopilot: “We think the 3D text extrusion system not only fun to play with but it’s unlike anything you’ve ever used before. It’s fast, and easy to use but this is just one of the many cool new features!”. I think he wouldn’t say this if you couldn’t use layers for extrusion. Check it out yourself here: http://www.videocopilot.net/blog/2012/06/element-3d-feature-26/
EDIT : Actually, here it’s even said ‘Easily Extrude and Bevel Text and Mask shapes!’. I wonder why he didn’t mention simple layers though.
You can check the prices here: http://www.videocopilot.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/bundles.jpg Actually much cheaper than Particular
OMG , I’m so excited about this plug-in! Just watched the presentation and what can I say, the Element is just MASSIVE . Too bad he didn’t want to show us the animation engine yet… On the other hand, I am already blown away…
Congrats! Good luck reaching 1000! Should go fast
And all of them complain that “brains are leaving our country” well dooooh.
Yeah, ‘brains are leaving Lithuania’, too. Here it’s called ‘brain drain’ if I translated correctly. Well, at least I haven’t left yet . Just joking. Really, everyone is complaining, but the actual problem lies in the quality of life that governments can offer us. I hope we are not getting too political here
- Lithuania was the last country in Europe to be converted to Christianity
- It was the first Soviet republic to declare independence from the USSR
- Most Lithuanians especially love basketball (I personally kinda don’t… I better be quiet about that )
- As far as I know, there are 7 Lithuanian authors in the marketplaces, which is pretty cool
I guess when you hit ‘logo’ in the tags, it shows ONLY the items that have this tag. But when you type it in the search field, it looks for items which have word ‘logo’ not only in the tags, but also in the description or in the title. I think that’s the reason.
Yeah, I’ve seen them too. I think, if such projects get approved, they should be removed unless of course they have something original… I totally agree, it’s not fair to copy ideas from other authors. But anyways, still such copies never get to the top sellers…
