I was considering to buy some stock footage like fitness and sports for the video preview of my project on VH, but i’d like to know a thing before i purchase them.
If i buy these clips with man playing gym, or baseball (from i don’t know, artbeats, toolfarm or any other site offers this product), what i must to put in the model release? because we talking about people in clips
mmm…maybe you can sell that item to other client…keep it to yourself…..it always works for me….
hard. the video is very specific, and all the modelling and animation in 3d, that are the base of the movie, are made on the logo of this client.
people like this one should be banned from videohive.
we loose a buyer, but we up videohive more professional
It is allowed?
My experience: Client (of Videohive) bought a work from my portfolio. After few days he had send me an email in which he talks about another similar work that he wants from me.
I spent days making the concept, modelling and animating 3d, matte painting, post production and sound. While i was rendering FINALLY the last comp, he wrote me that doesn’t want the work too.
I lost days, putted aside two works and three project for videohive…for free.
i lost money
New files coming in and you cant see them, and files that arrived now will get less attention. It’s a bit of problem. Has anyone mailed Mark or anyone from crew?
quote. being for a day or more in the frontpage is a part of the attentions that a project can receive. Now are publishing new files but those was in frontpage from yesterday are loosing this attention cause is impossible to open the video and then purchase em
i have a proposal: given that there is this problem and probably webmasters have to work for repair it, why don’t we get THE GREAT PACE and go to a new video preview format? maybe h264 quicktime?2nd
it should be aweome for us video makers, better quality, less time to prepare the requisites for uploading…and less problems with browsers, plugings etc. for clients.i know, i’m with STEVE JOBS on this argument
didn’t understand what you mean

probably the list is not updated real time. So just wait for couple of hours and it will change 100%
yeah probably, but is from 2 days
I’ve looked this thing cause is a my file, but probably it happens also to many other files.
I sold 4 time this file and it appears ok in his page: http://videohive.net/item/full-hd-cinematic-robologo/116335 (4 purchases)
but in the project files list appears “1 sale”: http://videohive.net/category/project-files?page=3
hope to fix the problem
