As with any form of online selling, always get payment from the customer first before sending anything out. It’s no different from selling on eBay or something like that. If the customer doesn’t receive their goods (or in this case, files) then they have the opportunity to take it up with PayPal. Conversely, if you send out your files, and you don’t receive payment and never hear from them again..well, you can see the outcome of that!Hope this helps and it works out for you.
