So many great points in this thread and is nice to see the community united. In AJ, support is not a common thing, but if it would be on a regular basis and with the new mandatory support, I would also be kind of stressed.
I believe that is not allowed, if you believe that there is some kind of illegal stuff going on with those accounts, you can open a ticket. That way you would help AJ and find some answers too!
We count this as unfair promotion and will reverse all sales and ratings collected this way. In extreme situations, we may also disable accounts.
Hello Natalia, I hope you and the staff intend to follow through on this. These items in question are now further benefitting from being on popular pages.I can also add that 3 of the items I referenced above are the only item in their portfolio’s that have received a star rating in the last year.
I ve just noticed this gap in the rules and how some authors benefit with it. This is a disrespectful act for all the community, not only for Envato, as they make us look as fools.
