Should I use the standard upload form (under EDIT tab) and simply upload this one image and then submit the changes?
Yes, you upload the whole images.zip file you uploaded upon first submit. So just pack all your preview images in a zip with the updated preview.jpg and upload it. Cheers
Okay I see, I was just trying to give that hint since digitalimpact and AGSoft said they love it based on its looks. I did neither compare the coding nor the in depth features of both themes, sorry.
AGSoft saidHave no idea. I love it and need to purchase it, but the author doesn’t reply at all
digitalimpact saidWhy was that removed from Themeforest? :/ It looks amazing.
However, I soooo want this back on ThemeForest, it’s a beautiful theme.
Redux looks the same.
On Topic: While being support staff for several authors and yet worked in Zendesk, bbpress and Woothemes’ Supportpress. I like Supportpress best, it’s really comfortable to work with.
Neil you should contact the author of the theme if you’re facing problems and my suggestion does not help.
That’s the slider default behavior, I guess it’s really hard to change that. I’ll never try that’s for sure.
While I don’t understand why you don’t want to talk english … http://rhinoslider.com/options/
in your head section there is the code
You would just add the delay there. I suppose it’s the value for showTime, so it would be
where 5000 is 5 seconds.
did you buy a template or a theme? Which one? (“THEMEFOREST” is not the name of the theme, it’s the name of the marketplace. Like you bought the book AMAZON ) Please note that you cannot upload site templates to WordPress. Also, make sure you don’t upload the whole zip you downloaded from here but first unzip and upload only the actual theme zip.
Before even considering a refund you will have to go through any possible errors on your side. Refunds are only granted if a theme really does not work, which I highly doubt is the case here, without knowing which one you bought.
Also, since this is a public forum you will have to go to the item details page of the item you bought and find the individual author there. Then please contact him/her asking for help. Cheers
Thanks I will check that out,
in addition I still would like to know what in my robots could have caused the site to be removed from Google. If somebody has a clue, please be so kind as to let me know.
Thanks, cheers and happy monday
Edit: I just registered for the Google Webmaster and apparently it does not work. The section that’s called “blocked URLs” talks about the robot.txt and has some textfields, but it says “changes made here won’t be saved” – it seems to be just a testing tool.
I have apparently done something wrong with my robots.txt, cause when I add it to the root of my WP install, the site completely vanishes off Google search results.
That’s what my robots.txt looks like:
I need to basically just disable people to find certain subpages for cooperations from being found in Google because the people that get the link via email get stuff exclusively.
Any help is appreciated a lot!
(btw before you’re wondering: I did not buy any themes with this account so no arr arr going on here, I am the freshface and ThemeSector support staff, just registered me this new nickname some days ago)
Cheers and thanks,
