1. Poor color choice – gradients look very outdated, and the blue gradient used as a main theme is unpleasant to the eyes
2. Typography could use a rework – it looks good in some parts, but some parts like a main menu should be somewhat styled up
3. In your portfolio, why do you load such a huge pictures that are then resized to small thumbs (I am talking about a multiple columns layout) – it just takes up from loading time

Did you try contacting the author? I am sure he would help you out.

This seems to be a portfolio filter, so check anything that might have those keywords. Also check the theme documentation.

It appears to be a different bug for different marketplaces.
