AlexFjord is right but also why not just use the page template which already has 4 column layouts? If you still cannot handle it then email the author.
Congrats mate – definitely deserved. I second final destinys question – what do you have to do for that? Is that a forum superstar reward? Haven’t seen an announcement for community superstar in ages so I am guessing I just missed yours! Your input is awesome here – impressively polite and to the point. Keep it up

There is zero obligation for them to reply at all after any period of time and I imagine they work on a first come first serve basis
FlatKing saidWhy do you think earnings can be just $50 and you need to work for about $10,000? Gaming website isn`t so expensive. You even do not know what features I would like to include into website.
You’ve only got 2 posts so no one is judging you on these other posts.
You clearly aren’t so sure about investments now either. If you expect me to put in about $10,000 worth of work and waste most time writing articles to get about $50 back a month you have to be joking.
Now if it suddenly dawns on you that for a project to be created you either need to have the skills to create it or the money upfront to pay someone who can do it then I’m sure the forum will be more than happy to accommodate.
However what you’ve offered isn’t anything a professional web designer would be willing to take on due to it’s very, very high chance of not getting any money back. If someone does decide to go along with you then I can assure you the outcome that will be created will not be up to par.
10K for a fully functional and professional level site capable of coping with reasonable traffic etc is not enough. Design time alone a custom build would take weeks.
The $50 earnings , well aside form that article linked above (and with all due respect I agree with AlexFjord the numbers for YouTube and Google are way off), initially speaking at least who is going to sell/advertise etc on a site with little traffic?
I am not getting into the wrong or right of this thread but FlatKing is right if someone agrees to this then the likely outcome will be nowhere close to what you need.
You are talking about entering a VERY crowded marketplace with some serious and strong competition. I could be wrong but I don’t see any U.S.P in your idea.
Again I am not saying its impossible and am all for people trying but there are some pretty experienced authors in the thread already and they tend to know what they are on about.
What are you talking about?! The author replied 20 days ago and yesterday even offering to set it up for you for free.
This is a general forum and nothing specific to the item itself. None of us are the author or envato. Alexfjord even explained what was probably the issue trying to help. Contrary to your complaints you have been replied to and help has been offered.
The internal issues with your business is in NO way at all the responsibility of the author or envato. If you got I over your head trying to build a website without the necessary experience to do it or fix any issues that arose that is your fault especially (and I don’t know as I didn’t see the requests but according the item comments) a degree of what you were asking for is customisation and modifications NOT issues.
@MOD the author has replied politely check the item comments and shut this pointless thread
It really depends what you are trying to do. If you just want someone to install the theme and activate it with demo content and assuming you have access to all the relevant aspects of admin or FTP then it should not be difficult. That is assuming the theme is not actually broken or out dated.
If you are looking for help to set it up with your content etc then we can ask one of out freelancers but in such a short time frame you will be looking at thousands of $ upwards depending on the requirements.
You do know the theme is not listed to support beyond 3.5 and that could very easily be causing issues with import or modifications if you are using a different version
You want a designer or a coder as a partner . With all due respect I don’t see much in it for anyone yet. These designs are nowhere near the standard for here and the coding is quite questionable with some quite severe validation bugs let alone what happens on a phone.
Someone may feel differently but to me there is v little in it for anyone to partner with you let alone at 50:50.
You need to refine your skills at design or build stage so you can bring something more to a partnership and you will get a better response
Charlie is right – built in Adobe Muse goes only In the Muse category – http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/474/85/adobe-muse-submission-requirements
Alex is right it depends on many factors and an exact brief. You would if someone on here that would do it between 3-5 k easily but to give you an idea we work as 13 man agency just outside london and just finished a similarish site for a bespoke estate agency and that was £13k and I could find you a ton of people who would charge a lot more than that.
