Nothing wrong with a bit of query_posts(). You just have to be aware of best practices when running multiple loops and such. Everything you need to know about the loop, multiple loops, etc is right here: http://codex.wordpress.org/The_Loop

Good luck :)

A legend. Now who would replace him to lead the team?

David Moyes is apparently the odds-on favorite, but it seems too perfect that Mourinho’s Chelsea talks have stalled…

..and there’s also talk of Jurgen coming over from Dortmund. Although he’s got a great project going on with them & a CL final so I can’t see that happening.

I’m absolutely gutted. I think we all thought we’d have at least another 2-3 years.

Slightly off-topic but I’m curious – are Microlancer payments added to your Envato earnings (withdrawn on the 15th), or are they seperate bits of income (withdrawn instantly)?

Every time somebody types “Wordpress” instead of “WordPress”, an angel loses its wings.

25% of his wage in India going to your government in Canada doesn’t seem right at all. There’s no way his wage should be getting taxed by the Canadian government when he’s living and working in India. And there’s no way the Indian government should be responsible for that reimbursement. That just sounds to me like his government is losing out on that money.

Like you said he’s not working for your company in Canada. He is freelancing from India. So as wptitans said above it should be as simple as both of you paying your own government from your own money.

If you’re providing options that modify things that are displayed visually on the front end keep it out of the Theme Customizer, imho.

Have you ever seen the customizer? What you just described – visual changes to the front-end – is exactly what it is built for, and is exactly what it’s good at.

Put analytics code in the theme customizer? Unlimited sidebars generator? Custom CSS code? API inputs for wp updates?

Chris beat me to it. Ideally, these should not be baked into a theme.

Yeah, my themes may be bloated, but at least they sell well ;)

Nice.

For now the given Theme Customizer should be purely used for visual options.

Why is that?

With 3.6 you’ll no longer need to do that (#21413).

Excellent :)

We need the current comments system we have converted into some kind of forum type system, including all the comments made so far converted into forum threads, and all that being searchable and sortable in any possible way, thats what we need.

You’re asking for a bit much there, don’t you think? How would you go about organizing every single comment posted so far on every single item into forum threads?
