Some interesting responses in here. Bumping this thread to see if there are more. Keep ‘em coming! :)

One thousand sales on AudioJungle landed you on page 1 of Top Authors.

Now that is a fun fact. Thanks for the info, Collis. Makes us AJ authors feel important and like we’re on to something… :bigwink:

We did our first ever global staff meetup at Catalyst Ranch in 2010. It was such a great venue. You guys are in for a treat, you can see bits of it in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdt0qyS0mpk&list=FLJr72fY4cTaNZv7WPbvjaSw

Lol! @Travis, what was Snipplr??

I wonder if this is a problem that SOUNDIZER can help us with somehow? Or eventually. Like it can detect the same item used elsewhere by exclusive authors and then warn the appropriate people. I agree, it is such a huge undertaking by anyone (or any company) that it would have to be automated in some way.

Hmmm… Really enticing as I’m only 3.5 hours away in Indianapolis. Must check schedule and the wife and get back to you… ;)

Wow, this is sad to hear.

As an author who is only a part of this site, I am not aware this is happening.

However, are there some authors who sell particular songs exclusively on this site and sell totally different songs on other sites? That’s the way I can think they could keep their exclusivity and sell on other sites.

But it sounds like you’re saying you are finding the same songs on other sites from exclusive AudioJungle authors?

Thanks for bringing this issue to light! Love the quote.

Travis, I know you locked my thread down, but we’re still having trouble here. Newly approved items are still not showing up in portfolios. The bug is not fixed. Not sure if it has anything to do with the 404s, but this is still happening, after I cleared my cache and all.

Thanks.

Hey Phil, I am seeing this too. However, I have a new logo pack on the homepage right now and I can see it in my own portfolio but all other files on the homepage right now don’t seem to have them visible in those authors portfolios. Can you tell me whether or not you can see my new upload “ambient logo pack” or not?
Well I can’t. For me the last item in your portfolio is “New Horizons Audio Logo”.

Yep, same for me. Yours was one of the first ones I checked. It must only be viewable to the author of that item.
