Now 18 days has gone by and we haven’t heard anything. Your team must really be behind with the reviewing process. :)

@Jordan_M thank you for getting back. I guess I will hear something soon as I’ve waited 14 days now without any information.

You guys should setup some emails notifying people about this “delay” :)

I’ve sent several emails using the form on studio.envato.com, but I haven’t receive a reply. 12 days ago we submitted a pretty simple service, but haven’t heard anything. Is that normal?

Does anyone know what the expected review time is for new services?

The PA is just a Spartan Sprint, but it’s called the Mini Beast as it takes place at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort (Palmerton). I did it last year! It is a great course.

I apologize for my shameless bragging. I’m just really proud that my wife and I both made it through. http://www.spartanrace.com/utah-obstacle-racing-spartan-beast-2013.html

Congratulations Lance! I was at the Utah Beast too. It was a great race. Which one is your next? I’m doing the PA in less than 2 weeks.

Please bare with me if this has already been submitted and discussed.

Every week we receive several tickets from rather frustrated customers telling us that they can’t install the WordPress plugin they just purchased through Codecanyon. This happens because Codecanyon has decided to include a folder with licensing files inside the downloaded zip file and also NOT include a zip file of the actual plugin files.

This means the customer must un-zip the downloaded file and then open it and create a zip file of the plugin files and then install the plugin.

Are we doing everything we can to make it as difficult as possible for customers?

When some downloads a plugin from e.g. wordpress.org they can install it right away without having to create a zip file first.

If the license.txt must be included why don’t Codecanyon make it a requirement when we submit the files. Let the author include the license.txt in the root of the plugin folder. Or if its not present add the file. Don’t add an extra folder and NOT include a zip file of the plugin! :S
