The Knowledgebase article says the price for an Extended License (Plugins) is 7x the Regular License. As an author I wish it was, but it is only 5x the Regular License.

You might need to un-zip the file and then inside the folder you will find the actual plugin. If you still experience issues with installing the plugin, please contact the author of the plugin. I’m sure he will be happy to assist you if you have a valid license key :)

Sometimes the author includes “documentation” in the file and then you will need to unzip the file first. Inside the unzipped folder you will most likely find the actual plugin files.

If this doesn’t work then please contact the author of the plugin. I’m sure they will be happy to help you if you have a valid license :)

Hi Jon

We have two plugins that lets you change capabilities and create user roles. We also have a plugin that lets you perform access control on pages, posts, custom post types.

I can’t provide you with links as self promotion is not allowed in the forum, but check out our portfolio. If you have any question please contact me.

Of course Envato knows the location (from the IP address) of each customer. The question is if they want to provide that information to us or not. I’m not talking about the exact IP – just the country maybe city :)

I know that we can’t get the emails and names of our customers, but I wonder if we could get a geographical breakdown of where our customers are located. E.g. Country, City ?

That would be helpful and useful for marketing purposes.

The plugin updater version has issues in 3.4 as well. I took his code and tweaked it a lot, but what happens to me is WP always thinks there is a new version available, even when the version numbers are the same. I’m in the process of writing my own.

I think it is great that authors are doing this them self, but what happend to the “automatic update” service that was supposed to be avaialble from Codecanyon and Themeforest?

I once asked if we could make our own automatic update – due to the fact that many customers find it annoying that they have to go back to Codecanyon to download the update, however the answer from Envato was clear. We are not allowed to serve update our self.

Did this change? It would be great if we could create a good automatic update service for both themes and plugins.

Hello…. We use the Kayako Fusion for a lot of our clients, but I don’t like the default skin and I find the skinning process tedious. Does anyone know who did the nice skin for the http://support.envato.com ?

Is it made “in-house” by Envato designers/programmers or did you get someone to do it ? :)
