In the Envato system, payments can only be made with Paypal (which accept every major credit card), or, Moneybookers with pre-paid deposit.

WebMoney does not appear to be a supported payment option.

“Retail” like CLINE123 says http://themeforest.net/category/wordpress/retail however, it makes sense to rename it to eCommerce. I’ll propose this to the team, thanks for the heads up.
