But again, plugins are licensed under GPL license. This license allows to fork the code and adapt it in your project, only if there are not additional notes from original author. I this case you should ask the author for permision.

Make sure that you are allowed to use these images. The best is to ask the photographer for permission. Also you are not allowed to include these images in the final package that is for sale.
