Heya,

Ive got a problem with my click function with a if else statement

i used the cookie ui from here, which stores cookies. http://www.shopdev.co.uk/blog/cookies-with-jquery-designing-collapsible-layouts/

i’ve got a panel that slide’s in and out. Now what i want is that by cookies the browser remembers if the panel is collapsed or expanded

What i got working already:

-first visit the cookie is null, so will be collapsed -after a refresh the cookie remembers collapsed and the panel is collapsed -on the click function the panel expands -after refresh the cookie remembers expanded and the panel is expanded

now the problem that i have is that when i open the panel and then close the panel the panel will be stuck in “else” and not take the “if” statement.

Even tho after a refresh i can use the click function once more.

If i need to provide more info or if its not clear, let me know. Thanks in advance for helping!

$(document).ready(function(){

      //var roll_status = "collapsed";
      var roll_status = $.cookie("roll_status");

       if (roll_status == null){
        $("#upload, #download, #groups").hide();
        $.cookie("roll_status", "collapsed");
        alert('first visit = null');
        };

      if (roll_status == "collapsed"){
        $.cookie("roll_status", "collapsed");
        $("#upload, #download, #groups").hide();
        alert('collapsed');
        };

      if (roll_status == "expanded"){
        $.cookie("roll_status", "expanded");
        $("#upload, #download, #groups").show();
        alert('expanded');
        };

      $(".upload_btn, .download_btn, .groups_btn").click(function() {
    if (roll_status == "expanded"){
        $("#upload, #download, #groups").slideUp(850);
        $.cookie("roll_status", "collapsed");
        alert('if collapsed');

    }else{
        $("#upload, #download, #groups").slideDown(850);
        $.cookie("roll_status", "expanded");
        alert('else expanded')
    }
    });
});

Heya,

Iam looking for a file for sale, that is a “automatic vertical image scroller”

All i need is a bunch of logo’s that scroll continues in a loop, at a certain speed.

So no mouse interaction and no links on the logo’s just a automatic vertical image scroller?

Is there a file like this on flashden for sale?

Thanks in advance, Steven_B

Heya,

Iam looking for some sort of portfolio viewer. First it has the option to choose between projects (different clients) and when project clicked there should be a feature that can display more images of that project. including some image information.

XML based is preferred.

Is there some sort of portfolio/image viewer on flashden for sale?

I searched days but cant find the solution i was looking for.

Thanks in advance, Steven_B
