Considering that ThemeForest doesn’t have in the name any reference to html or WP or whatever I would really see the Flash Templates category simply moved on ThemeForest, with the same strict criteria of the reviewing process. So less and better.

The mc_tween_2_28_29.mxp is AS2 component used to make Tweens. It won’t make the backgorund pan effect out of the box. You will have to program it. To answer Your question. You can use it with Liquid XML .
