Firstly, I’d say that you need to keep positive and never give up. I’d suggest you browse around for some inspiration, two sites I can recommend are http://www.alistapart.com/ & http://www.smashingmagazine.com/ (and Dribbble / Forrst if you are a member).
Uniqueness need’s to come from within yourself, otherwise there would be no such thing!

I think it would boost your chances of finding a programmer if you’d be willing to post a link to your design portfolio, or some examples of your work.
Just a friendly suggestion!

I’d also look into improving the logo & menu. They could improve the top section of the theme quite dramatically.

Hi Paul,
Getting percentages right can be a pain. I went down that route first, before I found www.getskeleton.com
Their framework is superb for a great starting responsive template. You assign a certain number of “columns” to an asset to set it’s width (based on 960gs 16 column layout).
Give it a look and see what you think.

Hi Husam,
If you provide some links to the template, then we might be able to help you out with some pointers in improving your design. What the reviewers are saying is that you will need to work on your design before it can be accepted onto the marketplace.

Thanks Scott!
Just trying to do what I can to help out this superb community

Hey Christina,
Just press install at the top right of this page when using Chrome – http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/105888
You can also use it on firefox if you install greasemonkey.

Hi there!
Your best bet would be to contact the author of the template/theme through the contact for on their ThemeForest profile. They should be able to help you.

@Ed That’s not entirely true. Customers can post requests for items in the Item Requests section of the forums – that’s what Item Requests is for. Authors can then help by pointing to their own items (or other author’s items) that are suitable for the request. This post may have simply been started in the wrong section. I’ll move it over.![]()
Thanks for clearing that up Scott. I read the guidelines but obviously missed that clarification.
J – I have just released a responsive WordPress theme which includes a custom jQuery audio player. Check it out, see if it’s what you’re looking for – http://themeforest.net/item/xo-responsive-creative-wordpress-theme/1315227

Self promotion or posting links to items isn’t allowed in the forums, so the best thing we can advise is to use the search option to search for appropriate files and just browse around until you find something that fits your needs
