My laptop has all the requirements for auto cad only the 3 GHz processor. I want to install auto cad on my laptop for my product design course at college, my question is, do I have to have 3 GHz processor to run auto cad as it says on its system requirements, or is it only for complex structures etc…

wordpress + buddypress will do the job, as you will have the users signup. referring could be done using one of the invites plugines available in the plugin directory of buddypress. Same case with video upload and watch only the points system that you need to custom make it I guess. Shop can be done using wordpress e-commerce plugin.
