2. In PayPal, under “Request Money” create an Invoice
3. Pay that invoice with a Skrill Mastercard.

Hi, I am looking for a WordPress theme which is similar in style to this website: http://www.urbanretreat.co.uk

Something Dark, Minimal, preferably feature rich and Responsive.
This is not a fullscreen website. would be nice if it came with some kind of front page display like in the link above.

+1 I agree with this so much! I try not to trash authors with same repeated questions, so i have to hit my browser search and page through all the 50+ comments of other users to see if anyone asked the same question.

Also another good note will be to allow Authors to place a “Stick Comment” on top of each page. So that they can tell people to go to their forum.

I have searched ThemeForest and have not found even one CP skin. this is an opportunity for the Theme Developers to sell many items without any competition. as far as i am concerned there is NO good CP skins out there, there is only 1 website that offers skins www.cpskins.com

I would myself Appreciate paying a good dollar for a good looking Skin, and im sure the W.D. would appreciate having an item with NO competition.

p.s. if you sell to a hosting site they would be needing the “extended Licence” wich might just get you a few grand… worth trying, in my Opinion!
