Does this mean buyer can buy our item, after downloading the item, buyer can be refunded? How do you deal with this? How we know do buyers using or not downloaded file?

Why we don’t get the clarification about this? is better if we receive email about pending payment.. and also is good idea if the date 15 falls on weekend or holiday, withdrawal process should be made before that day. and now we must wait another day.
